Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Goods

VibeLens AI generates custom high-fidelity digital audio files. Because these generated audio files are instantly downloadable digital assets, all sales are final.

In accordance with Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (전자상거래법), once the provisioning of digital content has commenced (i.e., music generation completes and becomes available for preview or download), refunds for simple change of mind (단순 변심) are strictly prohibited to protect the Service from abusive consumption.

2. Instant Auto-Refund Policy (System Failures)

We believe in fair trade. If your payment goes through, but our AI generation engine encounters a fatal error, network timeouts, or provider failures that prevent us from delivering your audio track:

• Our system automatically retries generation up to 3 times.
• If generation is marked as failed after 3 attempts, a 100% automatic refund will be triggered immediately.
• The capture amount is fully cancelled on PayPal, reverting funds back to your original payment method within minutes.

3. Contact and Manual Resolution

If your generation failed but you did not receive an automatic refund receipt within 24 hours, please reach out to us with your PayPal transaction ID or Job ID. Our support team will manually resolve your ticket immediately:
