At VibeLens AI, we enforce a strict Zero-Storage Photo Policy to fully protect your privacy. Any photo you upload for mood and color analysis is processed entirely within volatile memory (RAM) and is never saved, cached, or stored on our physical disks or databases.

Once the AI-driven visual mood analysis completes (typically under 5 seconds), the image data isinstantly and permanently destroyed from the server RAM.

2. No Facial Identification

Our system strictly extracts abstract artistic concepts, dominant colors, and global expressions. We do not perform facial recognition, identity matching, or tracking.We do not verify who you are, your age, gender, or ethnicity. Your face is treated solely as an artistic canvas.

3. Information We Collect

Because we run a non-membership, transactional service, we limit data collection to the absolute minimum:

• Email Address: Used strictly to deliver your receipt, send your secure download link, and recover purchases.
• Order Credentials: Order passwords used temporarily to securely authenticate download requests.
• Transaction Data: Handled securely by our payment processor (PayPal). We do not store credit card numbers.
